Eric D’Agati has spent the past 20 years in the fitness industry as a coach, trainer and instructor, pioneering his unique approach to client assessment, performance enhancement and injury prevention. His company, ONE Human Performance, provides fitness, training and wellness services in New Jersey and operated as multidisciplinary facility for 12 years before Eric moved on to focus solely on his coaching and consulting services. Eric studied Exercise Physiology at William Paterson University and, in addition, has had the good fortune over the years of learning directly from some of the greatest minds in the industry, including Gray Cook, Charles Poliquin, Mike Clark and Paul Chek. His list of certifications includes CHEK Practitioner, Poliquin Performance Coach, National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Performance Enhancement and Integrated Flexibility Specialist (NASM), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and SPARQ Speed, Agility & Quickness Trainer. Each year, Eric travels around the world teaching and speaking to trainers, coaches and therapists from such prestigious organizations as Functional Movement Systems, Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York University Medical Center, Navy SEALS, US Army, NJAHPERD, NJSIAA, Nike and SPARQ Camps, Frank Glazier Clinics, The Mayo Clinic and multiple major universities. Also a media presence, Eric has been featured on numerous shows and in several publications throughout the years. He has been a regular guest on sports talk radio shows and podcasts including The Strength Coach Podcast, The Natural and High School Sports Overtime and has contributed to StudentSports.com, SidelineChatter.com and CompleteQB.com. Eric also appeared in the NY Times bestseller “The 4-Hour Body” by Tim Ferriss. His list of training clients includes individuals who have been an Olympic Gold Medalist, Gatorade and NJ Players of the Year, All-Americans, National Champions, World Series Champions and Pro-Bowl athletes. He also works with many high-level County, State, National and World Champion sports teams, including being the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the 2004 NPF National Champion NY/NJ Juggernaut Women’s Professional Softball, and a training consultant to the NY Islanders, Detroit Lions, Washington Redskins, Miami Dolphins, and NY Football Giants. Eric also serves on the Advisory Board for On Base University, The Baseball Health Network and the Raritan Valley College Exercise Science Department.
